Our products
LeadVault™
Developed by SiteTools, Inc., LeadVault™ is built for brokers, lenders and loan officers who live on leads. It catches every refinance, purchase and home equity lead, gives it to the right loan officer in seconds, and lets them call, book and follow up from one screen. Vaulty, its AI assistant, works the leads with you.
Quote forms, lead vendors, the API and spreadsheets all land in one list.
Your rules hand each lead to the right person the moment it lands.
Ring leads from the browser, recorded and written out, or let the dialer do it.
Callbacks, calendars, drips and email keep every lead moving to the close.
Made for mortgage leads
Borrowers who ask for a rate quote are often asking more than one lender at once. The loan officer who calls first, knows the loan and follows up best usually wins the loan. LeadVault is built around that.
Refinance, cash-out, purchase, home equity and debt consolidation leads, with the loan amount, home value, credit and property on one screen.
A text the second a lead is assigned, a Call button that rings from the browser, and a tab of leads still waiting for a first call.
Distribution skips any loan officer not licensed in the borrower’s state, so leads only land where they can be worked.
A borrower who comes in again is spotted and goes back to the same loan officer. Paid duplicates and bad leads go back to the vendor for credit.
SSNs and birth dates are encrypted, shown masked and opened only by the roles you choose, with every look logged.
The application downloads as a MISMO 3.4 file, the format loan origination systems take in, so nobody types it twice.
Where mortgage leads come from
Live leads from your website and your vendors, and the aged leads you already paid for, all land in the same list and follow the same rules.
A mortgage quote form on your site, saved at every step, with a home value estimate as they type.
Each vendor posts to its own key, with its cost per lead tracked for the dashboard.
Leads from your Facebook lead ads arrive in seconds, not in a spreadsheet days later.
A borrower who calls in becomes a lead, and Vaulty answers when nobody can.
Old lists come in by CSV and are given out by the same rules as live leads.
Aged mortgage leads
Most of a mortgage company’s leads are months or years old: borrowers who weren’t ready, rates that weren’t right. When rates move, they are the cheapest loans to win.
LeadVault emails them a quote form already filled in with what they told you before, so a borrower only changes what’s new and the lead comes back up to date. Drips keep in touch on their own, and Vaulty can call a list of them from a script, update what changed and book a time with the loan officer.
Quote forms
A step-by-step quote form goes on your own website with one line. Every answer is saved as it’s given.
Lead distribution
Rules pick leads by type, source and state, and give them out in turn. Whoever gets a lead hears at once, by email or text.
Calling
One press rings the lead from the lead’s own page. The call is recorded, written out and summed up on the lead.
Follow-up
Callbacks, appointments and stages keep each lead moving, and a missed callback shows up on its own tab.
Dashboard
New leads, how fast they were called, appointments, wins, volume and what each win cost, against last month and your goals.
Vaulty, the AI assistant
Vaulty answers the calls nobody can get to, talks with visitors on your forms, makes and moves leads when you ask, and sums up every call.
Ask in your own words, or press the mic and talk. Vaulty finds leads, or fills in the note, callback or move for you to check.
When nobody can get to a call, it answers in your company’s name, takes down what the caller needs, and makes the lead.
Visitors type answers or questions in their own words. Vaulty fills in the form from what they said and answers in general terms.
Every recorded call is written out word for word, and a few sentences go on the lead: what they want and what’s next.
Vaulty never sees a Social Security number or date of birth, never quotes rates, and callers hear your company’s name.
Industries
Each gets its own lead questions, a quote form that asks them, and a pipeline to work them, from day one.
Security
A passkey, an authenticator app or a code by text, for every person on the team.
Encrypted apart from the rest, shown masked, opened only by the roles you choose.
The database itself keeps every company’s leads apart, so one can never see another’s.
The exact words each lead agreed to, with the page, the time and where it came from.
Encrypted and copied away from the server, so one bad day can’t lose your leads.
Download them any time. We never sell them or use them for anyone else.
We’ll set you up and show you around.
